Generally when you build a new home you are required to get financing with a construction loan which can require you to pledge 20% of the cost. But at Schuber Mitchell Homes we do not require our buyers to get a construction loan. Instead, we only require a small construction deposit (earnest money) and we finance the entire construction of the home. When your home is complete we close just as simply as if you found a used home.
