Our mission is to design and build affordable luxury homes. That’s why we don’t require our buyers to take out a construction loan. Instead, we only require a small deposit to begin, while we finance the entire construction of your home. We also strive for affordability by leveraging our buying power as a systems builder so that we can pass those savings on to you!
