Cottage Collection Update

Last year, we brought back our Cottage Collection and we heard you loud and clear, the cottages are a hit (or as the kids are saying, these homes are lit)!

We loved the updated series and the new changes, but we didn’t want to stop there.

Schuber Mitchell Homes is dedicated to excellence, not only in the quality of our construction and materials, but also in the continuous improvement of our floor plans. With that in mind, we are excited to announce that our design team has been hard at work making the cottage collection even better!

We have added more colors, more elevations, and more locations where you can build these amazing floor plans! Our cottage collection offers homeowners the Schuber Mitchell luxury you know and love without sacrificing on price. With 1,180 square feet of living space, the 1100C-KI has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage.
