Introducing the Brand-New Cottage Collection!

This month we released some very exciting news that The Cottage Collection is back and better than before. This popular plan series was a hit in the past, but with input from our customers, we’ve made some significant improvements. Utilizing many of our classic Schuber Mitchell finishes, we’ve enhanced the aesthetic and maximized functional living space! This new collection gives homeowners a world-class product at a truly remarkable price. In the 1100C-KI Series, you can expect great things from the wide-open kitchen and living area. With 1,180 square feet of living space, this plan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The spacious kitchen island is perfect for a quick snack or a formal family dinner, and the secluded master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet.

Each of the new cottage homes feature high-quality products and materials, with interior and exterior design selections thoughtfully made to reflect today’s trends. We have released a limited number of this new cottage plan, with more to come! Gravette's Stone Crest is a collection of cottage homes in Northwest Arkansas. This community is in a prime location in Gravette, just half a mile from Gravette schools! Additionally, we have plans to sprinkle cottage collection homes in and around Southwest Missouri in the coming months, adding new floor plans to the collection, including a 2-story option!
