Homeowners looking for a quiet, country feel but needing easy access to big-city employers and the amenities of Bentonville are loving this community. Kids in this neighborhood attend Bentonville Schools, which tops the charts as the #1 school system in Arkansas according to Niche. This trending community is selling out quickly, but don’t worry! Another popular Bentonville-area community is Woodward Hills, located 2 miles northwest of the NWA Regional Airport, off of Mason Valley Road. With the upcoming relocation of the Walmart Home Office, Fox Spur will be our closest community to the new facilities, and Pea Ridge schools are just 5 minutes away. This community is located in the beautiful city of Gentry, AR. Grand Estates is less than a mile from Gentry schools and City Park, and just 10 minutes from Lake Flint Creek. If you’re looking for a small-town feel and close proximity to outdoor activities, Grand Estates might be the perfect community for you. Phase 2 is coming soon, and you’ll be able to choose between the 1650KI plan and the 1700KI plan for your brand new home.
