What You Should Know About Schuber Mitchell’s Priority Registration List
What is Required to Get on the Priority Registration List?
Step One: Choose Your Floor Plan and Community
Here comes the fun part! One of our New Home Specialists will meet with you in order to help you find the floor plan and community that would make you love coming home. Our Priority Registration List is segmented by these two things – you'll only be contacted when your specified floor plans become available in the community you have chosen.
Step Two: Complete Your Priority Registration Documents and Submit Your Deposit
If you have purchased or rented a home before, you’re familiar with putting down a deposit at the time of your agreement. The same applies here: a $1,000 deposit and a signed agreement secures your enrollment on the Priority Registration List. You can stop your home search and feel confident knowing that a New Home Specialist will make sure you’re alerted when new homesites become available.
Step Three: Get Pre-Approved
Getting pre-approved is an important part of any home search, but in the current market, it’s essential.
A mortgage pre-approval letter will not only help our team guide you in deciding which floor plan or community is right for you, but will also give you peace of mind knowing what your monthly payments could look like in advance.
This is the last step to be put on a community's Priority Registration List and our amazing partners at Flat Branch Home Loans will be able to provide you with a pre-approval letter. They office out of our New Home Centers and would love to meet with you in person to get that process started!
